Hong Kong Permanent Residents aged 18 or above on or before 31 March 2021
Register with an active HSBC sole-name local HKD savings or current bank account

Based on HKSAR’s Cash Payment Scheme guideline, we can only handle application with an active HSBC sole-name local HKD savings or current bank account opened with HKID.

If you don't have a local sole-named account with HSBC, consider opening one with us via our branches.

If you are not an HSBC customer yet, consider opening a sole-named account with us via HSBC Mobile Banking or our branches.

Customers who registered Cash Payout with HSBC can check their status (regardless of which channel you register with):

Via Mobile Banking, login to your account, select Cash Payout Scheme on the top left menu section
Via Personal Internet Banking, login to your account, select Cash Payout Scheme under "My Banking"
Via bank's hotline 29967288

Customers will be able to see a transaction entry in your monthly bank statement with "HKSARG$10000".

For passbook customers, you may see "HKG" in your transaction entry.

The Government has appointed the Bank only for distribution and collection of the registration forms, and disbursement of payments. If you have submitted your application via HSBC successfully, you are not able to re-submit your instruction. If you need to amend or cancel your application, please call the Government Hotline 182020 for enquiries.

You don't need to! All eligible registrations within the Lucky Draw promotion period will be automatically entitled to the Lucky Draw entry.

Customers who registered successful via HSBC on or before 31 August 2020, with successful cash payout deposited to your designated HSBC account before 17 September 2020 will be eligible.

We will contact you at your registered correspondance address in the bank record by end of October 2020.

Duplicated registrations will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw, having multiple registration will not increase your chance to receive a prize in the lucky draw. But registering with Mobile Banking or Personal Internal Banking will give you 4X chances in Lucky Draw!

If you have registered on or before 31 August 2020, you will need to wait for successful cash payout deposited to your designated HSBC account on or before 17 September 2020 to be entitled to the Lucky Draw entry.
